Arrival Time: 8:00 - 8:45 a.m.
Bus Arrival Route: Enter the COS south parking area from Mooney Blvd. via a right turn onto Meadow Lane. As indicated on the School Bus Arrival Route map, proceed straight west to the designated Bus Parking/Unloading Area. Student Direction: Students will depart from their school bus in the Bus Parking/Unloading Area. Announcements, directions, and COS campus maps and event schedules will be given to both the student participants and the accompanying responsible adults. These responsible adults will lead their students to the main event area for dispersal to the individual event competitions and activities. Bus Parking: Designated parking will be available in the bus parking and unloading area. Bus Departure: If your bus will not be staying over, the driver will be directed to exit the bus parking/unloading area by driving east back towards Meadow Lane. Ag Competition Shuttle Bus: As per the included map, the Ag Shuttle bus staging area will be south of the bus arrival area on Laurel Lane. This bus will provide round trip transportation for the Floral Design, Veterinary Technology and Welding (Arc and Gas) competitions at the COS Ag Farm. Students competing in the Welding (TIG) competition will need to be transported by their home school district directly to the El Diamante High School Ag Department. Refer to the Street Detail Map and El Diamante High School Campus Map for specific location information. General Parking: For those not taking school bus transportation, all COS parking areas will be on a relaxed status without need of a parking permit for the morning and afternoon of March 31, 2011.
